Catacombs Tour 

While these aren’t really catacombs with tombs, after Tomlinson Hall burned to the ground in 1958, a huge underground storage labyrinth still remained. The Roman-looking brick arches are an unusual site, hidden from public view under Whistler Plaza of City Market. Scattered through the catacombs, you’ll see different objects, like chairs, that according to the tour guide disappear and reappear without explanation in different locations. The Catacombs tour is available on the first and third Saturday of every month, from May until October.
