1. Standard Adaptive Cruise Control

Every Honda Pilot comes with adaptive cruise control. This feature is usually something reserved for the higher trim levels. When activated, this excellent feature will automatically brake or accelerate for you to maintain your following distance. This saves you a lot of effort on long road trips, or your daily commute.

2. The V6 Engine

Every Honda Pilot in 2024 comes with 285 horsepower under the hood. Your powerful V6 engine will have 262 lb.-ft of torque. With front-wheel drive, it will have a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 pounds. With the available all-wheel drive, your Pilot will have a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 pounds.

The Pilot’s direct-injected engine is powerful and quick to accelerate. The engine is paired with a ten-speed automatic transmission for a smooth driving experience.

3. Connectivity

Your entry-level Pilot comes equipped with a beautiful seven-inch touchscreen. The system comes with excellent connectivity features, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You’re going to love how easy it is to connect your familiar smartphone apps to your car’s infotainment system. You’ll also have Bluetooth technology on your side.

If you’re looking for an upgrade, the EX-L trim and above come with a nine-inch touchscreen. This system also comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto, making connecting your phone even easier. These trims also come with a wireless smartphone charging pad, so you never need to remember your charging cord again.

4. Trailwatch

The Pilot TrailSport comes with many great off-roading features, including the TrailWatch camera system. This feature gives the driver improved visibility, which really pays off when you’re navigating steep or rugged terrain. When the driver chooses to activate the Pilot’s trail mode, a live feed appears on the color touchscreen. This allows the driver to make more informed decisions to better navigate off-roading experiences.

5. Safety Assist Technology

Honda has done an excellent job equipping the Pilot with the impressive safety assist technology that today’s drivers want to see. These standard features include a road departure mitigation system, a blind spot information system, and a cross-traffic monitor. Your multi-angle rearview camera will pair with these technologies to keep you aware of everything surrounding your vehicle.
