Accessory towing equipment is required. Gas trims have a higher towing limit than every hybrid trim.
For example, a total trailer load of 1,200 pounds exceeds every CR-V hybrid’s stated towing limit. It falls below the gas trims’ stated maximum, but that comparison alone does not establish suitability for a particular trailer or towing setup.
